Vendor Information- Rules and Regulations for Event  (updated 6.23.24)

  • Event Name: SummerFest
  • Date: Sunday, June 30, 2024
  • Location: Kleypas Park, 60 Morgan’s Point Road
  • Arrival Time: 2-4 PM (staggered arrival times)  ***  updated 6.23.24
  • Event Time: 5:00 PM- 10:00 PM
  • Food Truck or Trailer Vendor Price: $50.00 (non-refundable) (no power in this area- generators required)
  • Pop Up Vendor Price: $25.00 (non-refundable) (10’x10’ space- you bring your own table, chairs, canopy- no generators allowed or electric hookups available in the Pop-Up area)
  • Mail check/money order (payable to MPR-EDC) to:
  • MPR Economic Development Corp (City Hall)
  • 8 Morgan’s Point Blvd
  • Morgan’s Point Resort, TX  76513
  • Note:  Checks, money orders or cash can be dropped off at City Hall during regular business hours M-F between 7 AM & 4 PM (closed for lunch Noon-1 pm).  There is a utility bill drop off box in the City Hall Parking lot-across from the front door.  You may use the drop off box after hours.  Make sure you note on the envelope your name and that this is for SummerFest- Attention:  Linda Bridges.
