Vendor Information for Third Saturday Market 2024

Morgan’s Point Resort is launching a general merchandise marketplace and business showcase Third Saturday- May and June. We’ll be open for business from 5- 7:30 PM. MPR invites entrepreneurs of all ages to set up a booth and showcase your product or service. If you are a local grower (licensed or a “backyard farmer”), baker, juicer, crafter, artist, entertainer or an entrepreneur who can offer a demonstration of how your product is made, we’d love to have you!

The Morgan’s Point Resort Economic Development Corporation (MPR EDC) is the host of the event with two goals- to allow entrepreneurs to test a concept and establish their brands and to create “a place to gather” for our residents and visitors.
 If you know any local growers, bakers, artists, or anyone in between please send them our way! We’d love to continue to grow this market for the community.

  • Market Time:   5-7:30 PM
  • Set Up Time:   3:30- 5:00 PM
  • CHANGE in Location: John Ansay Park- Corner of Lake Forest Drive and South Winecup Drive.   Morgan’s Point Resort, TX  76513 (Entrance is off South Winecup)

  • Pick the weekends you’d like to attend.
  • $0 vendor fee ** We only ask that you let us know if you have to cancel one of your pre-registered days.
  • We ask each vendor to help spread the word and include the 3rd Saturday Market (MPR) in your individual publicity campaign.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own set up (tables, chairs, canopy etc.)
  • Restrooms are available at the park.  No water or electricity.
  • Vendors must have current permits and/or certificates for their particular product (health, food handler etc.)
  • Vendor (if required) agrees to take complete responsibility for paying the appropriate federal and state taxes as independent contractors.  MORGANS POINT RESORT Sales tax code is:   2014086
