It helps the City understand what is possible before making any decisions about improvements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What this project does:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides a professional layout and access plan<\/li>\n<li>Helps the City evaluate event\u2011ready and activation\u2011friendly options<\/li>\n<li>Supports future ideas like vendor areas, micro\u2011business spaces, and community gatherings<\/li>\n<li>Ensures ADA\u2011inclusive access is part of all planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What this project does <\/strong><em><strong>not<\/strong><\/em><strong> do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It does <strong>not<\/strong> approve construction<\/li>\n<li>It does <strong>not<\/strong> commit the City or EDC to future phases<\/li>\n<li>It does <strong>not<\/strong> create long\u2011term financial obligations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a <strong>planning tool<\/strong>, not a construction project.
